GARDEN ANGEL, Deborah Barnish writes:

I would like to say thanks to everyone who came to see me at the Plant Plot garden centre in Lichfield.

I talked to dozens of you during my three days there.  Particularly encouraging were the large number of people I met who are now thinking like me about designing gardens not just for great planting and interesting spaces, but also with a view to helping to protect the environment.

Exciting new surfacing products are now coming on stream.  They enable us to build drainage and water harvesting systems into any size garden that can cope with any torrential downpour without flooding.  And this can all be done while creating more parking space at the same time.

It has to be the solution for the future for householders who care about the environment, want a front garden that will enhance the value and ‘kerb appeal’ of their properties, and who enjoy the stylish took of a beautiful garden.

We will be bringing out news of more developments in the near future.

If you want any information in the meantime drop me a line using the e-mail address on our contacts page.

Deborah Barnish.
